What We Offer

With 6 classes per day, along with open gym hours, and 4 coaches offering personal 1-on-1 training, the possibility to increase your fitness capabilities, overall understanding and proficiency in movement, and comfortability level with weightlifting is always available. Functional fitness classes truly are for everyone and we prove that with our programming structure featuring 3 different levels for every day. Each class is led by a coach, and every single movement that we do is scalable or replaceable depending on your fitness level. We realize that walking into a new environment takes a lot of guts, but we can assure you that once you walk in the door you will be greeted by a group of like-minded people who will treat you like a friend from minute one, and coaches that have the ability to make you feel at ease from the start.

A detailed explanation and breakdown of our class structure can be found below. Throughout every workout the most important aspect is picking one that you WANT to do. If you're not feeling great and want to do something different from your normal choice that is perfect. If you really like the structure of the workout and want to challenge yourself that is great too! This is about you improving your health for your future to meet your goals.

Our Workout Tracks

The Fitness Track

The fitness track is the easiest, involving less high-skill movements and minimal dynamic lifts. This track is ideal for beginners and people who are trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Anyone can follow this track during workouts.

The Athletic Track

The athletic track is a bit more challenging, and is ideal for people looking to level up from the fitness track. This track involves barbell movements with multiple weight options, allowing variable challenges and an easy transition from the fitness track.

The Competitive Track

The competitive track is for people interested in challenging workouts. This track involves more dynamic lifts, higher-skill gymnastics movements, tough time-caps, and more. Talk to your coach to decide if this track is right for you.
